I want to begin with kudos to the seller & shipper. The stoneware was solidly and securely packaged, our sets arrived quickly with no dings or chips from shipping.The stoneware is beautiful, the colors are vibrant and nothing seems off-colored, the plate & bowl sizes are generous (my daughter especially likes the shape of the bowls). I like that the pieces are not as heavy as the set they are replacing.Like some other reviewers, a few of our pieces have the pin-hole spots where the color or glaze just isn't there. We have one plate that has an odd bump in the middle, a couple of bowls have a raised ripple effect on the outer rim, and one of the cups has a sharp spot on the edge (sharp enough that you need to sip from the other side) - I'm not certain yet how we can fix that without compromising the integrity of the cup.I'm happy with the set, the minor flaws aren't enough for me to want to send them back.I had an aesthetic issue with the black specks, they were not a defect they are designed that way. Contacted the seller and they went way beyond to help me resolve my issue. Pulled the whole set out today and the colors are amazing black specks and all!Dishes are a lighter weight stoneware with a beautiful array of color to mix and matchGreat plate sets. Colors are true to the pictures. Packaging was great no issues.These dishes are awesome!! I ordered service for 8. They arrived perfect!! They were packed very tightly packed. Nothing broken!! They are not light weight, but not extremely heavy. Not quite as big as I expected but big enough. I totally love them and would suggest anyone buy from this company!!!Excellent dinner setWe get lots and lots of compliments on this set. Exceeded my expectations!!The dinner sets could pass as individually handmade, I ordered one in each colour of blues and mixed and matched them. They compliment each other beautifully and apart from being a practical piece of kitchen equipment they are visually pleasing The plates are as robust as I had hoped, they were bought to be used in an army camper truck conversion and will go on many travels, I expect they will hold up on the roads.They arrived quickly and safely and overall I am delighted with them.Many thanks.I mistakenly bought thinking it was going to be a set of 16 but it was just 4. When it first came I was disappointed because I thinking I spent £20 for just 4 pieces. I asked for refund (they were very happy to do it).. but I then decided to give it a try and stay with the product and I have to tell you I don’t regret it at all. In fact if I could I would have bought the set for 16. The quality is just amazing.The product itself is excellent quality, the colours are exactly as pictured. Adds a nice bit of colour to the kitchen when using them. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is the poor delivery of the set. It arrived as 3 separate packages which I did not expect. 1 of them arrived after a few days. The next one a day or 2 later but the last package didn’t arrive. It was damaged apparently in shipping so they re sent out the last package. Contacted customer service on 2 occasions and they were great, got bk to me straight away and sorted the issues out. But because of the long wait, nearly 2 weeks in total and all the separate packages it was a let down.I firstly ordered 2 sets (12 place settings in total) in the beige colour but the colour was more of greeny colour and not really beige as I was hoping for, and not quite like the picture as advertised. I emailed the supplier and their customer service was excellent. I sent photos and they agreed to exchange them for the cream colour as I asked. I returned the beige, then received cream, all at no extra charge to myself. The goods were packed so well, I had no breakages. The customer service was brilliant, and I'm now happy with my cream diner sets.Ok so my review is a little mixed. I bought these wanting a good quality red set of plates/cups as I truly believe that taste is accentuated when using red dinnerware (it’s a thing). I don’t believe they are cheap, but they are also not expensive compared to leading brands, so there is good value. I was drawn to them as a lot of the red plates out there are plain, whereas these have the speckles and rim paint which makes all the difference. These I think are the best you will find to “look good”, especially to look like good stonewear.When I received mine I was slightly disappointed as a number of them had little pin pricks without glaze, or bit of glaze missing around the edges slightly, and a few knobbles here and there, but mainly one plate had very faint black markings and made the set seem odd. I spoke to the seller and they promptly replaced the four plates free of charge, so now I have extra (also the original delivery was practically next day despite saying it would be a week).My only gripe is the replacement set were all fine but a slightly different shade of red. You can only tell side by side and I know batch to batch this will happen. However, given they look so good, and I have a few extra plates, I’m happy with the price I paid for what I got as they look great.Note that the bottoms of the plates and bowls are not fully glazed, there is an unglazed rim of the “legs”, however they don’t scratch the plates beneath. The plates are very durable and should t scratch with light use of a normal knife, however use a sharp steak knife and you will see some slight scratches in the glaze.Would I recommend them? Yes, if you get any problems replaced (which it seams they will sort) or if your lucky enough to get an immaculate set which I doubt is possible unless I was just unlucky.
