I finally got my 5.3L LS engine mounted in my truck with these plates. The forward most adapter holes worked perfectly for dropping an LS into a square body truck and keeping the drivetrain location the same as the factory square body setup. My transmission mount dropped perfectly in place and the engine fits well. Having these thicker plates along with the somewhat raised bolt holes helps keep the engine up a bit higher and I actually think the new engine is sitting in the vehicle better than the original one ever did.I was a little nervous about buying these with the lack of good pictures on here, along with the poor description, but I received exactly what I needed along with some nice bolts, and everything fit perfectly. I took a bit of a chance on these given the awesome price, and I'm glad I did.
