I ordered this product after seeing this review for it figuring surely, this would not happen again. I mean, this product is sold to be used for drawing, ie art work (see the picture on the cover for the product).["D O3.0 out of 5 stars loose in box and crumpledReviewed in the United States on December 16, 2021Size: 12 IN X 18 INVerified PurchaseI ordered this item making sure that Amazon.com was the vendor. However it was shipped by "Educational Resources" in a non-Amazon box. I ordered two packs and they were shipped loose in the box with some discarded plastic packaging stuffed inside. Some pieces usable and other pieces were crumpled and stained. Not useful for my project, will have to return." ]To my dismay, I received what looks like it could be the very product the author of the above review returned. The box containing the paper is not an Amazon box, but the shipping stickers showing it was sent TO Amazon were still on that box. Kindly note the box was not large enough to accommodate the ream of paper to be shipped flat! This box was placed inside a much larger Amazon box for shipping to me. The inside box with the paper inside was in very rough shape, with lots of dents, torn corners, torn and bent top flaps. The plastic that was supposed to wrapped around the ream of news print (it has a sticker on it saying what the product is!), was actually sticking out through the seam at the bottom of the box and caught under the tape running up the side of the box. Inside the box, was the rest of the plastic covering for the paper ream crumpled up at the bottom seam, and about 10 - 12 feet of AIRplus packing of which about on third was slightly inflated, and the rest was entirely flat, crumpled up and useless. And YES, the ream of paper was loose inside the box. Some of it was folded, and some had considerable creasing such that a good many (75 or so) pages were damaged. I have been a Prime member for many years, and this is by far the worst example of service I have experienced.
