MY REVIEW FROM JULY 2017:The brand of paper is fantastic. However, the box looked a little beat up. As we have opened the box & started to pull out packs of copy paper, the packs were torn up at the corners! It looks like wherever they were stored before being boxed was pretty rough on them!UPDATED:Not realizing this was the same place we purchased from before, we purchased again. Huge mistake. No one in their right mind would send a customer this product without at least warning them that it wasn't brand new. This is just unacceptable. Some of the paper in the packs are good and some are damaged. Really a waste of time and money. I've requested a refund or replacement for this item so we will see how they handle it. If it goes well, they may get another star...As of now, I'd give it a 0 if I could.I only received one ream on this package was supposed to be a full box. Of ten reams. I need to receive the whole package as was advertised.Paper works fine for the type of printing I do.
