I was not sure if I should get them but I’m so glad that I did. The color and style are so unique. They look great and go well with many color combinations.But really nice if they make it to you in one piece.I ordered the 16 piece set, and got the order promptly. The set looks great and is pretty true to how the pictures look. However, one of the plates was noticeably chipped out of the package. I asked the seller if they could send me a replacement plate. They initially asked if I would be okay with a 10$ reimbursement, to which I replied that I would rather have the replacement plate so I wouldn't need to buy a new set. They then responded that they would just send me a new 12 piece set. I appreciate them going above and beyond to ensure good customer service:)Update: I received the new 12 piece set and the plates look perfect!Love the shape, Color is disappointing. More like shades of early 1990s mom jeans, not a starry night at all. The brand stamp on the bottom of the plate washes off. They seem sturdyThese dishes (Starry Dinnerware set green) are beautiful, a great size and love how the sides of the plate raise a bit to help keep food and sauces from slipping off should you tilt the plate when carrying. Love these plates!I was a little in the fence based on reviews but so glad I ordered them. They are gorgeous!!!! They definitely packaged the items very well. We use them everyday and love them!I spoke with the seller and she will refund me the amount of the 3 items broken. I would prefer to have the 3 items sent to me. Unfortunately, the shipping company treated the box like a foot ball causing significant breakage of 3 of the pieces. The stoneware is the most beautiful I have seen anywhere. I purchased Vancasso dinnerware Starry pattern in both blue and green. I added the above set for mix and matching the colors. I love the dishes, the colors, the uneven shapes and the variations of color in each plate. Very organic.I just love the asymmetrical shapes and beautiful, rich color. These are now my every day plates. The large platter was broken - just the tip and easily repaired, but the vendor could not replace it. I’m so happy to have these that I consider that a small price to pay.the set is not practical, I don't know in what occasion I can use these dishes , there is only 1 big plate and many very small dishes. I contacted supplier asked to return the item but was told to arrange postage myself back to china, and get refund only when they recive the item . in middle of Pandemic, when the post is closed , I have no other choice but to keep this set which is super upsetting and it cost me 85 eur and I even cannot use it for what I wanted. Please read instructions carefully and consider this as a final purchase.As I bought the 11 piece set I also bought separately 4 large plates and 4 small plates.For the amount of money for 11 pieces I think the price is a bit more than what you get.In terms of quality and looks.. they look very very good (I love this vintage look) and the quality at a first glance seems great but I'll see how durable they are in a few weeks or so.The package was very well packed and nothing was cracked when I opened it.I do recommend this item if you want to treat yourself to a nice gift.I must say, I was worried after reading few reviews, where plates came broken and I was a bit scared to open the box. But everything was packed so well, between big foam pieces, none of plates or bowls were broken or has any chips. Arrived in few days as well. We bought a set of 11 pieces and set of 12 (4 dinner plates, 4 smaller plates and 4 bowls). The plates looks so unique and pretty, like handmade. I will buy another set of 12 to have extra plates for when we have people round. Obviously, I can not tell much about the durability as we just got it, but I hope it will be as durable as it is pretty. Good value for money, all other similar plates, with a bit different shape, are more expensive.As well, I must say, if you are looking to buy only 11piece set for your daily use, you might be left a bit disappointed. The largest plate is a bit too large for one person’s main, dessert plates are for desserts (as they say), you won’t probably fit a normal starter in it. But I bought this set as an addition to normal dinner set, so I can use a big plate for duck or chicken or whole family’s main, dessert plates can be used for bread next to soup bowls.. So, mainly this set will work well as an addition to normal set to complete your table set up.I am absolutely in love with this set. I chose it as the bright aqua colour reminds me of the sea, and after the last few years I needed that! The colour is better shown in their pictures than mine, they do look exactly like the pictures. The little side plates have a permanent place on our cocktail caddy, which was put together to be our slice of holiday at home. We have used them as everyday plates and bowls for 2 weeks and happy to report they’re very sturdy, I’m pretty clumsy so if someone was going to break one it was going to be me, but no, they’re me-proof. When the set arrived unfortunately the platter and a dessert plate had been damaged in transit and the company were sweet enough to send me a whole new set which was above and beyond what I had expected when I messaged them. They have earned my loyal custom and I can’t wait to see what else they have to offer.We purchased this set along with others in the same range. Everything arrived quickly and extremely well packaged with no breakages. Overall, the look and feel of the products are really high quality - we love the texture and colours of the designs and the fact that each item is unique. Everything has been through the dishwasher (except the big dinner plates as they don't fit, so we wash these by hand!) and so far they have washed very well. There were a couple of items that were not to the same standard as the others in the set and so we originally planned to return them, but because they are so big and heavy this was very expensive! So we contacted the seller and Abby who was dealing with this for us was extremely helpful and kind. We are keeping all the sets we purchased and hope we will enjoy them for many years to come.
